Questions about pricing
A site is a contiguous facility with a single set of GPS coordinates and equipment list, typically a single wellpad, compressor station, or gathering point. If two compressor stations are 5 miles apart, they count as two sites. During onboarding you submit a site list and we verify with you before billing begins.
The Starter and Professional subscriptions include software and data platform access. Sensor hardware is provided under a separate equipment agreement that covers installation, calibration, and annual maintenance. We can bundle hardware and software for multi-year contracts. Contact us for a hardware quote alongside the software proposal.
Yes. New sites added mid-month are billed pro-rata from the activation date through the end of your billing cycle. If adding sites pushes you above your current tier cap, we will prompt you to upgrade. No automatic upgrades happen without your confirmation.
Aquanta Vision is currently in an early-access phase. Operators who join now receive their first 3 sites monitored at no software cost for the initial period. In exchange, we ask for regular feedback on alert quality, workflow integration, and compliance reporting needs. Early-access participants retain the ability to move to a standard paid tier, negotiate custom rates, or exit without penalty.
Cancel any time from your account dashboard or by emailing [email protected]. There are no long-term contracts on Starter or Professional. Monthly subscriptions end at the close of the current billing period. Your data exports remain available for 90 days after cancellation for recordkeeping purposes.
